While ph336 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and uptime, it does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph336 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, or events beyond ph336's reasonable control.
ph336 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon permanent account termination for cause, ph336 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a player's account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as regulatory withdrawal from a particular market — any balance held in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may also voluntarily close their ph336 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, and any remaining balance will be disbursed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

If you do not accept any amended Terms & Conditions, your sole remedy is to close your ph336 account in accordance with Section 10 prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of ph336 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines with respect to any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph336 relating to a gaming transaction or account matter, you must first contact ph336's customer support team and allow a reasonable period — not less than 30 days — for ph336 to investigate and respond before initiating any formal legal proceedings. ph336 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith.
Disputes relating to ph336's PAGCOR licensing obligations may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels. ph336 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
